a) Visiting the Website

When accessing the website, information is automatically transmitted to the server of Filler Consulting’s hosting provider. This information (so-called server log files) includes for example:

  • Website from which the access originated (referrer URL)

  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer

These data are required to ensure the smooth operation of the website. The data will not be merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

If you contact Filler Consulting by email or via a contact form, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless this is required by law or necessary for the performance of a contract.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Namecheap.
Filler Consulting has concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with this provider.

If Filler Consulting uses cookies or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), you will be informed separately in this policy. Currently, no analytics tools are used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)

Filler Consulting stores personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by legal retention obligations.

Filler Consulting implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, or unauthorized access.

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in September 2025.
